The Vanguard is one of Weatherby‚s flagship rifles and is designed as an entry-level rifle intended for more budget-minded users while still retaining respectable performance. The Vanguard Talon models are designed with a focus on weight reduction and feature Peak 44‚s Blacktooth series carbon fiber stock that cuts the rifle‚s weight down to 6.2 pounds. The addition of a 3D Hex Recoil pad helps to offset the recoil from magnum calibers due to the rifle‚s lower weight. Each Vanguard comes with a sub-MOA guarantee at 100 yards and is optic ready.
