This is a Brand New - Never Shot , Remington Model 760 Pump Action Rifle Cal. 30/06 , that I bought Brand New in the Late ' 70's as a collector to further my collection , It has the rare optioned Basket Weave Checkering , on the hand grip and on the forend and was drilled and tapped from the factory , to mount a scope . It comes with two see through scope mounts for sighting at short distances , that I bought when I purchased it brand new - being the first owner . I bought it for my collection and kept it in a climate controlled environment all these years and it is in as New condition . This would make a very nice addition to a Remington collection , or a dear rifle collection !
