This rifle is very clean. It has a couple of scratches on the receiver, otherwise, it‚s in great shape. This does appear to be a build.

The lower is a Palmetto PA-15, there is no name visible on the upper, the adjustable stock is MagPul, the pistol grip is Hogue (grey color), the heat shield is a VISM M-LOK style, the charging handle is an aftermarket extended handle and the back flip up sight is a no name sight.
