The X-Bolt 2 features an updated receiver design with added bolt guidance surface areas to smoother and faster cycling while retaining the model‚s iconic X-Lock Scope Mounting System for rock-solid attachment to the receiver. The new bolt design improves ergonomics and weight with a new handle knob and spiral fluting. The Medallion Maple series is built for hunters who prefer the look and feel of a traditional wood stock and features a beautiful AAAA maple wood construction paired with a gloss finish and topped off with rosewood caps at the forearm tip and grip cap. The metal surfaces of the rifle have also received a glossy finish to complement the stock.

This model is chambered in .308 Winchester and features a 22-inch threaded barrel with a radial muzzle brake installed. One 4-round magazine is included.
