Barrel tilts forward for loading and extraction
Barrel release is on underside just in front of trigger
Rosewood grips are in outstanding condition
Finish has turned gray, some traces of blue in recessed areas
Faint but present barrel markings "Manufactured by E. Remington & Sons Ilion N.Y. Elliots Patents May 29 1860 - 10, 21 1861"
