The Beretta 92X RDO takes the classic Beretta 90-series pistol and brings it into the modern firearms market with several new features and upgrades, closing the gap between the classic hammer-fired "Wonder Nine" and the modern automatics of today. At its core, the 92X RDO is still a steel-framed hammer-fired 90-series mechanism with double/single-action trigger, ambidextrous safety/decocker lever, and exposed barrel design. However, the 92X uses a polished and tuned trigger that allows for a smoother trigger pull in double-action and a shorter, crisper reset and break in single-action, creating a formula for a very fast-firing handgun; there is no surprise why the Beretta 92 continues to be a popular choice for high-volume shooters such as profession competitors, instructors, and those carrying handguns for duty use. The frame has been adapted to the new Vertec frame with a straight backstrap with slimmer front-to-back dimensions, checkering on the front and back straps, and an underbarrel accessory rail for attaching lasers and weaponlights. The pistol wears a set of plastic grips with aggressive checkering and includes another set with the same texture, but a larger, rounded backstrap more akin to the original 92FS or M9/M9A1 backstraps. The pistol's sights are comprised of a red dovetailed front sight and a serrated blacked-out rear sight; the slide is also cut to accept optics plates (available from Beretta or other aftermarket brands such as Dlah Designs). The new slide design also features forward slide serrations for better grip when manipulating the slide from the front. Lastly, the new 92X pistols include 18-round magazines, upping the capacity from the original 15 rounds; these magazines are also backwards-compatible with other 92-series pistols and vice versa. This Beretta 92X RDO is in like-new condition and includes two Beretta 18-round magazines, two ProMag 15-round magazines, additional grip panels/backstrap, and original hard plastic case. 9mm Parabellum
