Astra Mfg Campo Giro model of 1913-16 Cal 9mm Largo Very Good Condition
Description: Manufacturer: Astra Model: Campo Giro Modelo 1913-16 Action: Semi Caliber: 9mm Largo Capacity: 8 Serial: 6016 Barrel: 6.5 inches Finish: Original Blue Stock/Grips: Pressed Horn This is an Astra (Esperanza y Unceta) Campo Giro 9mm Largo Modelo 1913-16 Pistol. This is the second improved model of this pistol. The mag catch has been moved to the lower left side of the grip. The safety is improved, but still in the same location. The bolt matches the frame, other parts are hidden and would require disassembly. The correct style magazine does not match, which is not unusual for this model. The pressed buffalo horn grips are in very condition for the age of this pistol. Bore is used but still nice, just worn a bit. The blue finish is original, and not refinished. there are some dings and spots, but nothing really detracting from the overall appearance. This pistol is above average condition for Campo Giro 1913-16 Models. This Pistol is not often seen today, hard to find in this condition. More pictures available upon request.
