Description: Available for sale is a Very Nice to Excellent Colt Service Model Ace chambered in 22 LR with a 5” barrel and factory blue finish. Also included is the original box numbered to the gun. The box has seen better days, but the serial numbered portion of the box matches the actual pistol frame. The paperwork is not included. There is a very small amount of blue speckle on left front of slide, but hardly noticeable. (See Pics). The high polish slide and frame still hold their deep blue shine throughout. Original Magazine is in Excellent condition. The matte finish on top of the slide and the bottom of the frame are in Excellent condition with no remarkable blemishes. Overall, the finish is Very Good to Excellent Condition. The bore is bright and shiny with strong lands and grooves and no corrosion. The inside of the frame and slide are in Excellent condition showing minimal signs of use wear. This pistol has been fired very little in the last 47 years. The factory grips are in excellent condition with strong finish and checkering. The upper grip screw on right side shows someone tried to unscrew it. This is a very nice Collector example for any serious Colt or 1911 collection. I can only ship to the lower 48 states…..sorry, but no sales to CA, NY, NJ. Make sure this pistol is legal to transfer and own in your City/State before purchasing. Shipping will be a flat $30 in the lower 48. FFL license is required for transfer.
